Kshama Bindu was born in the union territory of Daman on 10th August 1998 in a Gujarati family. Both of her parents are Engineers. Her father’s name is not known but he lives in South Africa where he practices his profession. Her mother’s name is Sarita Dubey.
She also has an elder sister named Swati whose professional details are unknown. Her family is known to be highly liberal and very open toward modern outlooks. Kshama’s family is fully settled in Ahmedabad whereas she lives in Vadodara due to her studies. She is a born Hindu and her zodiac sign is Leo.

Kshama completed her graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda in the year 2019. She then went ahead to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Gender studies from the same university which is completed in 2022.

Her career stint started as a dance choreographer in the year 2015 with a dance school located in Ahmedabad. Later she joined a textile company named Kosas Industries Pvt. Relationships & Marriage
Kshama has dated two people briefly so far, but nothing much is known about them. However, her very close friend, Mr. Raj Bhatt appeared in some of her TikTok videos. In March 2020, she posted a picture with a poem written by her where she conveyed how special is Raj in her life. However, this needs to be made clear that she never proclaimed dating Raj or identifying him as her boyfriend. They are still believed to be very good friends. In June 2022, Kshama made an important announcement that made her viral overnight across the nation. She declared that she will adopt sologamy. It’s a related concept where a person marries themselves and commits to being their lifetime partner. This has been an existing concept in the west; however, this was something unheard of in India. After she declared her wedding plans, she took the next step of distributing wedding invitation cards to her close friends and family members and also made arrangements for the wedding. She purchased a lehenga for herself.
During an interview before her wedding, she informed that marriage for her is a communion of mutual trust & love. As she loves herself the most, she wanted to solemnize this personal bond through marriage. This act as she says is an act of personal commitment to take care and support yourself unconditionally. She planned to get married by performing all the Vedic rituals in a temple in Vadodara on 11 June 2022, however, to avoid any possible controversies, she married herself on 8th June 2022 at her ancestral residence in Daman. After the ceremony, she visited Goa for two weeks on her honeymoon.
Controversies
After Kshama announced her Sologamy wedding, a right-wing leader raised objections and said that this marriage is against Indian culture and is mainly not permitted in Hinduism. This was one of the prominent reasons why Kshama changed her wedding plans later.
